Visiting Worcester, MA

Transportation
By car: Worcester is right off of I-90 and is easy to get to by car. It's a 50 mins from Boston MA, 55 mins from Springfield MA, 45 mins from Providence RI, and 1 hour from Hartford CT.
By plane: People can fly into Logan International Airport in Boston (BOS) or Worcester Regional Airport (ORH). Mechanics Hall is 12 minutes from Worcester Regional, just under an hour from Logan Airport.
Shuttle from Logan Airport (BOS): We will be providing a shuttle service on Friday and Monday between Logan Airport and the venue/hotels in Worcester. Click here to sign up.
Public Transportation from Worcester Regional Airport (ORH): You can take the #2 bus from the airport to Union Station terminal in Worcester, which is .5 miles from the venue. Cost is $1.75. No service on Sunday.
Public Transportation from Boston: The Framingham/Worcester MBTA Commuter Line from South Station in Boston will drop you off half a mile from Mechanics Hall at Union Station. Cost is $12 each way.
Public Transportation from Logan Airport (BOS): You can take the SL3 bus to South Station (20-25 mins) and then take the Framingham/Worcester MBTA Commuter Line to Worcester Union Station. Cost is $15 each way.
Amtrak: Union Station lies on the Providence & Worcester Railroad and provides another option for regional travel to Worcester. Union Station is a half mile from the venue.
Parking
Mechanics Hall is located downtown and doesn't have dedicated parking, but there are a number of parking options in the area.
Garages: Pearl-Elm Street Garage (2am Fri/Sat, 12am Sun) and Major Taylor Garage (24/7) are $15/day, Worcester Common Garage (24/7) is $17/day. There are also smaller lots that may be cheaper but are less monitored.

Street Parking: Street parking in the area uses the Passport Parking App and is $1.50/hr, with a 2 hour max. After 8pm and Sundays are free street parking.
Depending on where you are staying, the hotel may have paid or free parking options.
